Our Journey
Songwriters/Storytellers -Indie Artists
Claire Foley and Jill O'Dowd
Five years in the making, and we are so excited to release our debut album, Free To Create. Through hard work, purpose, and passion, we have stayed vulnerable, honest, and real throughout this creative process. We have poured our hearts and souls into our music, and it has taught us so much about the world we live in. One of the most beautiful parts of this journey has been the friendships we have made. We have met and crossed paths with so many kind, generous, and inspiring humans . We will be forever grateful to those who have believed in us and our music. We are so proud to release this album into the world as independent artists, self funded, self managed, no labels, no map, no rules. Just two woman and our music made of creativity, colour and heart.  We created, released and we believed that now is the perfect time to try and make a difference, to use our feminine voice with hope for a kinder and more inclusive world. One of the greatest lessons we have learnt from writing original music is stories are powerful. Everyone has them and they are all important. This album has been about finding the light in our own stories. It hasn’t always been an easy ride but it has been an incredible journey. Everyone is born to create. When you give yourself permission and you are free to create magic happens. Writing our own songs has been just that. Magic.
